This year, we celebrate a very special milestone at Werusys: Ansgar Backhaus has been an integral part of our team for 25 years. It all began a quarter of a century ago when Ansgar decided to join us as a software developer. One of the deciding factors was a crate of Warsteiner beer in the fridge – a humorous memory that still makes us smile.
Over the years, Ansgar has become an indispensable member of our company. Today, he leads our software development team and has significantly contributed to numerous successes and innovations. His expertise, dedication, and leadership qualities have continuously inspired and driven our team forward.
In addition to his outstanding work, Ansgar has attended many exciting events and conferences around the globe. Whether in Berlin, Barcelona, London, or Amsterdam – he has always ensured that Werusys is represented and recognized on the international stage.
In honor of his 25-year anniversary, we recently took a special trip to the Santos Grillschule. During this event, we had the opportunity to grill together, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the many shared experiences and achievements. It was a day full of fun, great conversations, and, above all, heartfelt appreciation for Ansgar and his exceptional contributions.
